Dear customer:
To track your package you need to have your order id number. This number is generated by computer if you place your order only on line, and if you place your order by phone, you need to make sure that you get an order # from the representative.
To track your package you need to enter the Number Only (excluding any symbols) and click on "Track This Shipment"
Once you have typed in your order I.D number the status of your orders will automatically be forwarded to the UPS link, and if there were no available information or status of your order, the following reasons may be as follows:
* Your shipping location is a postal office box address and you would need to email us at info@exclusivesuits.com for us to give you the postal express number. Please make sure to note your order ID number and date of purchase.
* UPS does not have the available status as of yet, due to weather or an uncontrollable circumstances. Email us at info@exclusivesuits.com, and our customer service will respond to you via email.
* UPS carrier information have not been updated yet. Normally, it takes them until late shift for it to be generated completely. Try again in a later time or the next day.
* Your order has not been shipped yet and is under processing. Please be patient. We understand time matters and we guarantee you’ll receive your item on time.
For shipping status, you will need to email us info@exclusivesuits.com for us to be able to give you an immediate reply. We do not have any updated information if you call us, however emailing us will be the fastest response to accommodate your inquiries, for the reason that there are designated department that handles such inquiries.
